The event is scheduled to take place at Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos.

Mr. Ugo Amadi, Chairman of NAEC, in a statement released recently, emphasised that the 2025 edition promises to be robust and insightful, reflecting ongoing developments in Nigeria’s energy industry amid the global push for energy transition.

He stated that the confirmed keynote speakers include the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), Ekperikpe Ekpo; Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri; Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu; and the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr Olayemi Cardoso.

Amadi added that industry stakeholders expected at the event include representatives from the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), chief executive officers of international oil companies (IOCs), independent operators and executives from national oil companies, among others.

He noted that the conference will culminate in the release of a comprehensive report detailing Nigeria’s energy investment outlook. The report will also include policy recommendations for regulatory reforms, the creation of a stakeholder engagement framework, and the identification of critical investment opportunities.

Chairman of the 2025 Conference Planning Committee, Dr Adeola Yusuf, said the event is designed to convene policymakers, investors, regulators, and industry experts to deliberate on the opportunities and challenges within Nigeria’s energy ecosystem.
According to him, the forum will focus on unlocking investments, promoting sustainable growth, and accelerating innovation in the sector.
